In case you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Your request is subject to our approval as some requests may not be permissible in certain situations or if received at our end outside a reasonable time frame. We promise to deliver high-quality products with minimum processing delay. If you contact us to change or cancel your order, we will respond to you promptly. You must leave a voice-mail if you would call and miss us so that we can document your call. We prefer that you contact us by e-mail but voice-mail is also acceptable. Since some orders ship on the same day as the order was placed, we suggest that you contact us immediately within 24 hours. If we haven't shipped out your order, we will approve your request and free you of any financial responsibilities. If you wish to change or cancel an order for a product that was made to your order, such as mattress covers or seamless toppers, you may request the change only within 24 hours. If you wish to change or cancel the order after it has already been shipped, you will be charged the shipping cost for both directions plus any associated customs duties and brokerage fees if it was an international order. If we have shipped the order and delivery was refused without our approval, you will be charged the shipping cost for both directions plus any associated customs duties and brokerage fees if it was an international order. If we have approved your request, you should receive a confirmation by e-mail.
