In any event that you would need to return the product, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling cost incurred on your order when it was delivered to you. Return shipping costs will be also your responsibility. Any applicable tariffs and brokerage fees are to be paid by the customer.

Rest assured...we compress our foam topper products to minimize shipping fees that wil be passed on to you in case you return the product. On items that we don't compress, we package them the best way possible that will minimize the shipping cost.

 

Some Frequently Asked Questions 

 

FAQ: Some stores give a satisfaction guarantee but it is really not 30 days though they say 30 days. How is it with your store?

Answer: If we let you try the poduct for 30 days, for example, you will have the full 30 days to try it. We count from the day that you received it to the day that it gets stamped for shipping. However, we must receive the item within 10 days after we sent you an RMA or within 10 days after the guaranteed period, whiichever comes sooner. If, let us say, that you requested an RMA when there is only 1 day left before the guaranteed period expires, you must ship the item on the same day and make sure that we receive it within 10 days. Receiving an RMA earlier during your trial period will shorten the time that you have to return the product. The RMA expires in our system 10 days after it was issued.


 

FAQ:  What is RMA?

Answer:  RMA is Return Merchandise Authorization. As well as it is a number that helps us track down your return, it is a form that we will send to you to complete and return to us. This RMA form will be sent to you via e-mail and must be printed and completed and attached on the outside of the package. This will help us identify you return and process it quicker. The RMA number expirs after 10 days that it was issued.

 

FAQ:  Shipping was offered free but why would you charge me now for shipping and handling if I returned the product?

Answer:  If you would have to return the poduct, we would eat up the loss but we need to recover at least the cost of shipping the item out to you. You would only have to pay for the outbound (shipping to you) and return shipping (back to us) costs unless it is otherwise stated. Other companies do charge a restocking fee that is much higher than our fees.

Contact us first prior to placing your order if you wish to know your approximate refund amount in case you would return the product.

 

FAQ:  Would you still charge me the outbound shipping & handling cost if I were to purchase a replacement?

Answer:  Yes. The best thing about our Money Back Guarantee is that you do not need to purchase a replacement. In this way, you will not feel stuck with us at all especially in case there is none in our store that would work for you. Therefore, if our customer retuns a product for any reason, we already decided to eat up the loss. We only need to recover at least the cost of shipping the item out to you regardless of whether you would or not purchase a replacement.

 

FAQ:  If I purchased a replacement, what is the guarantee that I will receive it before I lose time to return the item that I don't wish to keep?

Answer:  First of all each item that you would purchase next from our store will be guaranteed beginning fom the time that you receive it and you can purchase and return up to a maximum of three times and three items. If you belie ve that you might run out of time on the item that you didn't like, then you must return it as soon as possible. We will guarantee a shipping date that we specified for the product and we will advise you if there is unexpected delay as soon as possible. Please allow enough time to order the replacement poduct.and make sure not to return the poduct past our guarantee period.

 

FAQ:  Do you have a dop off location for the item that I need to return?

Answer:  No. All returned products ar received for us by a third party and are properly documented by them. This third party receiver currently will accept only packages that are shipped through a common courier (UPS, DHL FedEx, USPS, etc.). The good news is that we don't require that you use any specific courier to ship the item back. You may choose the most economical shipping service as long as you have a way to track the shipment. We will no be responsible for any lost or damaged shipment. Just make sure that we will receive your return in time.
