Shipping

Simplify shopping by taking advantage of our FREE SHIPPING offer. Our Free shipping does not require a minimum purchase and is offered to any orders delivered to the 48 contiguous states of USA. Shipping is FREE unless otherwise specified.

  • With Free Shipping, we use UPS Ground by default. If we deem it to be necessary, certain products will ship via FedEx Ground or USPS mail service.
  • We don't normally ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us by phone only to verify if we can make an exception before placing your order. An additional shipping charge may apply if we have to use the United States Postal Service.
  • We will gladly ship to APO/FPO military addresses. If additional shipping charge may apply, we will contact you before processing your order. To avoid delays, please contact us first if you have a military address.
  • We don't require signature on deliveries but if you will not be home and if you believe that it is unsafe to leave your package outside, please contact us to request a signature-required delivery. We will not be responsible if the product was lost after it was delivered.
  • We process orders on a timely basis after a cleared payment. We will contact you if we have any questions related to processing of your order.
  • Order processing time may vary per product. Please refer to the product's details if we have indicated a specific processing time.
  • Unless a specific processing time is specified for the product, our products are guaranteed to ship within 10 business days from the date that the order was placed. (Our cut off time is 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.) In rare situations, shipping time can take up to 15 business days. If you are in a hurry or if you wish to receive a more exact estimate, please contact us first before placing your order.
  • In the event that an unexpected delay in processing your order occurs, we will notify you promptly.
  • If you would not be home and if you wish to make arrangements with us to ship your order out at a later date or on a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
  • You willl receive shipment notifications once your order has been shipped. After 10 business days if you haven't received a shipping notification, please contact us.
