Simplify shopping by taking advantage of our FREE SHIPPING offer. Our Free shipping does not require a minimum purchase and is offered to any orders delivered to the 48 contiguous states of USA. Shipping is free unless otherwise specified.

 

  • We don't normally ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us by phone only to verify if we can make an exception before placing your order. An additional shipping charge may apply if we have to use the United States Postal Service.
  • We will ship to APO/FPO military addresses. If additional shipping charge may apply, we will contact you before processing your order. To avoid delays, please contact us first if you have a military address.
  • We process orders on a timely basis after a cleared payment. We will contact you if we have any questions related to processing of your order.
  • Order processing time may vary per product. To learn the approximate shipping time of a particular product, please refer to the product's details.
  • Most of our products are guaranteed to ship within 10 business days from the date that the order was placed. Our cut off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. After 10 business days if you haven't received a shipping notification, please contact us.
  • In the event that an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.

We are required by law to collect sales tax:

For orders delivered in California: 8.75% of Total.

For orders delivered in Nevada, 8.10% of Total.

Domestic Orders Only:

Free Shipping is via UPS Ground Service for most orders. Some products ship via FedEx Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail. If you would need to request a different service, please note that an additional shipping charge may apply. Please contact us if you would need to request a different service before placing your order.

 

International Orders only:

 

The customer will be responsible to pay any applicable customs duties and brokerage fees. If you would, please contact your local broker first to find out more information before placing the order with us.
