Our Quilted Bamboo Mattress Cover is made only of Natural Bamboo / 55% Polyester blend of bamboo fabric Channel quilted with 9 oz /sq yard of 100% natural wool. This cover is flippable and is of knife-edge waterfall construction. Bamboo fabric is naturally soft and smooth and doesn't have any spurs that can irritate your sensitive skin. Bamboo fabric is breathable and has unique wicking poperties. This fabric is light yet strong. Bamboo fabric is naturally antimicrobial and antibacterial and has been an excellent choice in high-end bedding. Most of all, it is naturally derived from bamboo grass that doesn't require pesticides to thrive. Wool is a 100% natural product that is an excellent material used in high-quality bedding. Wool is a popular as naturally flame retardant. While it will burn if exposed to flame, it burns slowly. When the flame is removed, the fabric usually quits burning. Wool is known to wick moisture away from the skin, keeping you dryer when sweating and cooler when hot. Our Quilted Bamboo Mattress Cover is stitched with Kevlar thread, probably the most durable thread available, and built with durable zipper placed at the bottom on the edge (can be in the center if 8" and up, upon request only).
